I wish I wanted a boat ....

Boats, tons of them it seems

Apologies, that's my fault, I asked what was wrong with the parcel - I am always curious about why people don't like certain parcels, but not to be disparaging, I just find it interesting how we are all looking for different things. Like some want sandy beach front, which is not my thing, but I don't think there is anything wrong with those parcels, they are just not for me.

Sounds very boring, glad I didn't get that one, though I might have to settle if I don't get a good one soon!

For some people, definitely, but not for me, I like green, trees not sand. It really depends what you are looking for.

Oh I love that! They really are doing a wonderful job with the landscaping, so much to explore.

Just got a trad on Deer Pass but it will prob be going back in the pool, cant check it right now.
