  3. i got this answer now: it seems like your issue in this case is not one that is supported for Basic members you can upgrade your membership to Premium ;-(

  7. i can use which i want, it apears a new window where i have again to select a problemdescription but none is suitable with my problem. i took now eny one and got a message, that i get an answer to my mailadress, but this adress is no more valid, because of this i wanted change it.... very confusing....

  11. if i change the emailadress in the dashboard i get allways the message my password would be wrong but i use the same as to enter the dashboard. what is wrong here?
