[i cant open the sl setup.. appear on error that says that its a invalid win32 aplication, how i fix?]

i have windows, and i had donwload the sl setup in here:http://secondlife.com/support/downloads/

 

but when i try to open it to install, occur a error that say, that say "its not a win32 apllication valid", anyone know how to fix this problem?
