    5 years and 4 months ago i was working in a club as an assistant manager and we had a situation happen that forced us to let one of our djs go. Well that dj was so angry she created a fake account with my name and my partners name (at the time) and then partnered those 2 fake accounts and wrote some really awful things in the profiles, then took it further and added those fake accounts to multiple nasty disgusting group's. I have tried over the years to have those vicious accounts removed and got no where. to this day she still has the accounts and they are still partnered but my problem is when people search my name they find MY name and the fake name and i am accused of being both. i am having to constantly explain why that fake profile is there ---- i am no longer a premium member and i am willing to get another premium account if needed but i am wondering if there is a way to change my registered account name (ladyTanee Resident) to another name so i am no longer LadyTanee or confused with LadyTaneeX, and yes i have alts but LadyTanee is my first account and i have spent so much money, time and effort on this account plus she is a business and sim owner. I would hate to retire the account. If LL wont force the removal of the vicious accounts is there anything i can do on my end?

    My SL husband and i Own a full region, we can not get to it tonight, Teleport failed, failed to grant capabilities, we are trying to find out if there is a way to restart the sim with out being ON the sim, - like a back door, other options, - we put in a support ticket and waiting for a response, - we hope one day they change the dashboard to include this as an option when you cant get on your sim - any suggestions ?

    i dont own land, im not concerned about that, my sl home, i rarely use, and i don't take advantage of the premium locations like i thought i would, Full sim access isn't actually a real thing, sims are full, premiums are suppose to be able to still get in...not the case most times as far as the groups go, ya its nice to have more but over rated - im not going to miss having a premium account, i was just worried i might get locked out due to payment complications

    than you for responding so quickly - I am not sure what payment method is declared, I know it is on her credit card, im not sure if its auto renew - Since it was a gift i want to assume no its not, - I do have another question about payment methods.....do Pre Paid credit cards also work for our accounts - I am considering getting myself a prepaid MasteCcard or visa and using it to pay for a second year if that is allowed -- I did TRY and message the person who gifted this account, --- keeps fingers crossed that she responds. I do not know if i will need to confirm email addresses and such in order to remove her information

    Last Year I was given a 1 year premium membership as a gift, The person that paid for it is no longer an acquaintance and I am not sure she would respond to me if i tried to contact her. I am worried about my premium account being locked out once this 1 year membership ends on Feb 18th. I am not sure i am able to pay for another membership and i have been asking around for some advise on how to go back to being a standard member. ALSO How does the groups work? do they automatically decrease back to standard and i lose a lot of my paid groups, or do i get to pick and chose. before they decrease? I will not have the gift givers email or account information that was put on my account in order to complete the gift so i do have some concerns on how to change everything back before it is too late.     MP merchants do not get notification on product reviews, if you wanted real results you should know that you need to send a notecard to the merchant personally, most merchants on marketplace are more than happy to help out their customers, be nice, just because you got a messed up pair doesn't mean you need to go off like a wet hen, I am sure it was a mistake and easily rectified, once the merchant is aware the product on market is messed up they can fix it, - the merchant themselves should have done a test delivery to see exactly what their customers are getting but maybe this got missed anyone who shops on market knows not to send a review and expect the merchant to see it, the reviews are simply for other customers to get feedback from previous customers, if you are that unhappy then figure out how to fix the issue yourself. use some common sense and just contact the designer direct, its not rocket science.
