UndefinedMx Foehammer

I am having a problem also, but it is viewing a person's profile. Many people are good and the profile shows without a problem, but then on some others I get just this "This name is unavailable." and nothing else. Now someone the other day fixed theirs and with some checking with others using Phoenix viewer they are not seeing a problem. I am running the latest SL viewer 2.5.1, dated March 1st, 2011 Any ideas on how to fix this or what the problems is?
