Do you already have a product that you are selling in SL but trouble expanding, keeping up with the cost? Or are you new to the game but you have the skills ot create stuff like clothing? Do you know how to create content for SL ( any type of sellable objects/service) you don't have the financial resources/ capabilities due to circumstances of any type to make your product grow? I have reserved 35.000 L $ exclusively ( this isn't a set number it could be a bit more depending on the product's needs.) for this project ( and possible future investments if the product sells well to boost growth). I am looking for creative people who are ambitious and willing to put in the time and effort to create a success story. This is your chance to be ambitious in SL. In RL I’m an online marketing advisor. Sounds fancy but all i do is explaining companies how to reach a target public for their product on the internet so i am confident that I’ll be able to deliver growth because of increased exposure for your product. What do i expect you to present me/deliver? a quality product that is dynamic and attractive. For example if you create a clothing line , it would need certain features which you believe would make your product stand out , you have the opportunity to convince me in an interview. I am looking for individuals who really believe in the unique platform that SL offers and who are motivated to turn this into a success. As an investor i would leave the daily management in your hands. ( talking to customers , informing your customers when something new comes up , maintenance of the different shops, creating new product units, updating the product, maintenance of the shop/shops in general). I would be the CEO and take care of promotional campaigns, advertising, events which hopefully lead to increased traffic, finances in general, networking with other entrepreneurs and hopefully create good opportunities for expansion, also wiling to do all kinds of other 'chores' as long as it's for the company) goals: short term -creating a business which would be self sufficient and start profiting in the near future. -maximising the brand/product 's exposure in an aggressive way. no nonsense approach towards our target public. long-term -creating a business that shows stability and consistent growth. - gaining credibility in such a degree that we would have a loyal customer public which would induce a solid reputation and good mouth to mouth publicity As an investor i am taking a huge risk here since there are no guarantees for me whatsoever. hence why i will set a few conditions which are negotiable. - I own company in it's whole entity ( non negotiable) , - ownership of the brand name ( for example brand name already exists , is negotiable) - if you already have an established product you get to keep the copyrights on it , in other words you are the owner of the product. Basically the product stays in your hands , I’m only willing to do this if your product has proven to have some sort of economic potential/strength. - you would be rewarded with x% of the profits made ( negotiable) this sounds pretty fair to me you are first of all not risking any money , or if you already own a business that can't seem to grow , then you really could use the investment I am offering. For all I know u might leave SL at any given point which would be a financial failure for me. At some point you might decide to leave the business and decide to be your own boss, and then i am left with a product that can't evolve, since I don't know anything about creating content for SL except writing lol. My technical /creative capabilities are very limited in SL, since I don't know anything about the open source code and too be honest it also doesn't interest me. Basically I can't build/shape/script anything in world. I just happen to be good in business (at least that's what I like to think) and understand how businesses work on different platforms since I do it in RL. I am a very fair and transparent guy. I am straight up and hate to mess around. I absolutely hate drama hence why i made the conditions clear so you would know what to expect. you seem to be a more err ' established' resident in SL , this is obviously an opprtunity for people who are still learning how to create content but have a solid basis but do't have the money to do anything with it or can't seem to make their business evolve. Obviously i'm not looking to 'steal ' an established product lol. Don't think anyone would be that stupid to sell ownership of a highly valued product for that amount of lindens . It's just an opportunity for people looking to evolve. hey for all i know once they become pro's in regards to content creation they dump me and i need to actually hire pro's to keep up with the quality demands of the product which might no longer be profitable. It's probably not an offer meant for people like yourself . never even thought about being hired in SL . don't know if it would be fun for me since it's my RL job. Hi Sir , i might be intrested in this proposition though i don't necessarily agree ont he 50/50 deal you are offering. since you are basically not taking any risks. A 50/50 split would seem more fair to me once your club proves to be self sufficient

I was pretty exhausted while writing the OP. i will try to be more clear and specific since the OP looks pretty chaotic. sorry about that. -look at the 35 k as a longterm investment funds in general. - if the content is already acknowledged in RL or/and in SL , me and the person applying for this business plan would have to come to an agreement inworld. let's assume you own a shop that sells a certain product/service, with SL and/or RL copyrights , it is definately negotiable what the specifics would be. something like partial ownership would be possible, it's basically an issue of securing both parties intrests. - the 35 k is meant to either launch a new product/service , restructure your business ( for eg you have a good product but the conditions you are working with are negative for growth) , even products/services that have not been a succes in the past due to certain circumstances but have good potential . -any sort of content is admissable, mature, PG, Adult as long as it's a commercial enterprise -in general , ownership issues are to be negotiated. this really depends on what type of product/service and any history regarding your business. If you already have a succesful business but you are basically looking for a injection of capital to boost growth because you are not generating enough to be competitive on a larger scale , i am obviously more lenient regarding ownership. It is a matter of securing the funds ( eg scamming). be aware of the fact that the 35 k would be the 'assets ' of the company and the idea is to create a business step by step. for example you got a shop on 'plot A' it's turning a decent profit and is selfsufficient , great. now we can responsibly use some more monies from the 35k and 'boost growth' .

Hi there , just recenty i got back into SL . and seems to have never logged off. I am an entrepreneur in SL , i have my shortcomings in SL , being that i'm not much of a technical person , meaning i don't know anything about building, textures, scripting. however i like to believe i am a succesfull entrepreneur. I have 35 k at my disposal to invest in a business or a business plan. I am offering you a great opportunity. I am not getting into specifics , we'll do that inworld. I am sure many of you have great skills , assets , a great product but you seem to struggle to pay your land tiers and you barely make a dime. I don't care what the reason was for failure or even succes i am intrested in concepts, ideas, products. Look at it as a businness loan. a failure might nto mean you have a bad product , maybe you were located in a bad are , plenty of variables. obviously i am not looking for failure , i am looking for someone who is not hoping to earn a quick buck. don't expect to see alot of return, the idea is to build a business and thus reinvest profits. hi , i am looking for people who are motivated to share land as a group. i'm new to the business and if you are new to it as well it might be a good idea to join forces to see how things work. IM me if you share a passion for real estate and you are willing to invest. I was thinking to lease a sim from an existing agency and then develop it and create residential/ commercial or any other type of content. basically a premium account is not needed since we'd be leasing it from a resident, also prevents us from being tied up to land tier fees to linden labs and get in trouble in case all goes wrong. in RL i am an online marketing manager so that's my most prevalent skillset. I have no knowledge about building/ scripting. That's what makes a group strong. a variety of skill sets. Hoping to meet some intrested people and in general having fun looking at how the project evolves. when the group is formed we can discuss all further technicalities and how we will be handling all different asspects in relation to the sim. i'm very motivated to make this work and grow as an 'entrepeneur' in SL though money isn't what drives me. I just love a challenge basically and a challange is always more fun to deal with as a team. I am willing to invest 250$ hoping to meet some intrested peeps kind regards
