I think the idea is supposed to be people can continue to add answers as sort of a reference for the KB. Just my thoughts.

Why should I do that if a mod deletes them before the community managers see them? It seems PM's are even moderated now.

Sounds like major lag to me. Have you tried lowering your draw distance and other graphics settings?
