When I log into sl it loads and then crashes. My viewer is fine as my Alt is able to log in the same viewer. I followed the instructions that were suggested of cleaning the Cache, Still nothing please help!

When I log on the program loads and just when it seems as if its connecting the program crashes. Other times it tells me to wait and try back, but mostly just crashes. I then tried my alt and had no issues logged on perfectly. I tried again with my main alt same thing...crash. I have tried everything, changing my location. Nothing is working. I checked to see of my status on my secondlife account and I show active. So what gives. Any suggestions this is not good. I need help ASAP! Ok, I was able to clear the cache as valerie suggested but still nothing. What else can I do. Please help!
