  1. Ty all for the reply to the thread .the goal is to see what others have to say on the matter please encurage others to reply as well ..
  2. The discussion is on how LL is participating in forcing out the entrepreneurs so that only big business can survive. The recent TOS on gamming does just this. Forcing people to pay huge app fees and pay quarterly dues for special permits to operate a small gamming establishment or even a small game sales location will not only alow the wealthy to monopolize the gamming of SL but it will discurage people from even logging into the game. If you opened a clothing shop in sl and made only 500 L per month and all of the sudden LL came in and said Oh by the way we are enacting new fees for all clothing shops pay up or get banned how would you feel. Personally I have closed my businesses in SL and am encouraging others to do so as well. I also dont see the need or further opertunity for entrepreneurs in SL. Thanks to LL I truely believe this will take their player base even lower thus boosting competing virtual worlds to success.
  3. The only problem I see with this is the fact that LL is in a way taking the ability of small gaming establishments to exist (the walmart effect) giving only those with a lot of capital the opertunity to suceed in the gaming sales and operating industry.I hate to see when big business forces out the little guy who is just trying to increase his capital base a bit. I for one used to be a top used game seller until all the red tape of LL got to hectic therefore I closed my business in SL and basically stopped playing inworld now I really have no reason at all to ever log into the world Im solely involved in capx and if it ever faulters I will abandon SL all together.
