I have a friend who can't watch TV on my SIM. A year ago or so he was able to but now he cant. Everybody else can watch TV, just not him. I have made him set his viewer to the exact same settings that everybody else has. He still sees nothing. He has all the necessary updates. He can also turn the camera on but never sees or hears anything from the TV. He can listen to the radio with no problem. What does he need to do to also be able to watch TV. He is able to watch TV in most of the movie theatres in SL.
