I've never even tried to make friends this way. A friendship isnt just something you can order or pick up off the shelf. It has to be nurtured (on both sides) for a lengthy period of time in order to grow.

Catwa Justin was my first (and favourite) head with my original male avatar. I'm 99.999% certain it's directly based on Ian Somerhalder's face.

I probably did that. I left SL for about 3 years (2014-2017) and I've always been a fairly active forum-user so, yeah its very likely that I'd have mentioned here that I was back (wherever "here" was in 2017). You know, just in case anyone still remembered me.

Maitreya shoes are a pretty good fit on Erika in general, and for calf-length boots, a Freya fit sometimes works too.

I bet "Morehead" gets pulled out of rotation pretty quick. 😆 I like Firehart though... damn. I really like that...

If the pack of shoes includes a fit for Belleza, try that one. I've had some success wearing shoes fitted for Belleza on my reborn, they tend to fit a little better than either lara or slink. It doesn't work with all styles though, and it definitely won't work on boots that come higher than the ankle.

No I don't; I liked it when I had it but the look of Queen was much nearer to what I was trying to achieve, and Freya, while very close, never quite "got it". I'd love to have Queen upgraded to EvoX but if they did it to Freya first, I wouldn't buy it again.

Absolutely. I love my Catwa Queen head. I've tried every single one that Lelutka does and haven't found anything that looks like "me". I did make the mistake of buying one that I thought I could work with, and ditched it after 2 months.

That's kind of why I like Queen so much - it's the closest I've found to my original male head (Catwa Justin). It's got a more masculine vibe than most female heads.

I have both. Teegle horses have better animations and there's a bigger third-party market for customisation. Waterhorses look more realistic, they are also more customisable out-of-the-box without additional purchases. So it really depends which of those you prefer. I ususally pull out my Teegle first.

I got a demo of every single Lelutka head they do and none of them cound match the look I have with my Catwa Queen, which I love. I bought Inez which was the closest and used it for about 2 months before returning to Queen and resigning myself to never using EVOX cosmetics ever again.

I want a prosthetic arm rigged to fit Reborn multiple bodies, that looks fantasy style rather than sci-fi/cyberpunk. Like it's made of mithril and works by magic.

My brother did, for about a year, until he passed away. No-one else in my family even knows what SL is, and I wouldn't tell them.

I think having RL info in a post would be a legitimate reason to ask for its removal, and I'm pretty sure the Lab would comply in that sort of case.

Honestly I think both bodies are going to be sticking around for the long haul. My advice would be to demo both and see which shape you like best. Reborn has a distinctly large ass, so if you don't like that, Legacy would be the better option. Legacy is more versatile in terms of shape. But it's more complex (both the mesh model itself, and the useage of the hud), and it's no-mod which is pretty much a dealbreaker for me, so although I own it, I rarely wear it. Worth noting that Legacy includes deformers which also allow you to wear clothing made for Maitreya 5.3 (not LaraX). In the end, the main consideration should be which body gets you the shape that you like best. Both are going to give you plenty of clothing options.

You can get into trouble for usng images of band logos or album covers, but there's no restriction on just naming a band. Even if you did use a copyright image, you'd get a warning first and be asked to remove it, rather than getting banned outright. Technically just DJing at all in SL is illegal, unless you actually have a public performance license, but AFAIK no-one ever gets into trouble for it.

My alt Nel originally started as a challenge to make a decent account from scratch with zero money, just freebies. There's even a thread in the forum about it somewhere, around four or five years ago. Yeah, no. That lasted about a month 😆. These days Nel is used almost solely for playing a particular inworld game. My main (this account) has a long friendslist and it's pretty much impossible to play that game whilst I'm being distracted by IMs. So when I want to play, I bring out Nel. The only friend on their friendlist is my partner. I have on occasion introduced Nel to some of my friends. We share the same (display) last name and Nel has me in their picks. But I don't friend other people on Nel; if someone asks to friend them, I direct them to send a request to me instead. Occasionally they do but usually they don't bother.

The problem with the Catwa heads is that (aside from their newest release) they use only the original SLUV map, not the EVOX map that Lelutka and some other brands use. On top of that, most new skin and makeup releases now are for EVOX only. So, it depends whether you're happy with the skin and cosmetics you have now, or that you're still able to buy older ones rather than the latest releases. The story with Kupra is much the same - the creators that were makig clothing for it have stopped and switched to Reborn as a replacement. So again - it depends if you want to get the newest clothing releases or you're happy with the older stuff made for Kupra that's still available. Personally, I am staying with my Catwa head because it's the perfect shape for me, I cannot get the right shape with any Lelutka head (and I have tried at least a demo of literally every single one they've made). So I put up with old makeup. As for bodies, I use several, and switch them depending on the outfit I'm wearing. I can buy pretty much ANY outfit and know that at least one of my bodies will be able to wear it.

This sounds like it's for house models for an upcoming theme though, not for regions.
