Are the new homes available yet? i abandoned my current home and will take it back if they aren't up and available yet

I have been trying to migrate my inventory in the marketplace to direct delivery and ended up with a ton of duplicate listings. I got a message that i have to get rid of them but it won't let me. Every time i try to delete, i get timed out. When will this be resolved?
