GRANDFATHERED Homestead for Sale. Billing date 18th of the month, monthly maintenance fee is grandfathered rate of $95. Tier paid through March 18th.
For sale for L$65,000, including Linden transfer fee to maintain grandfathered pricing. Note that you must own a full region in order to purchase a homestead. Please contact me in-world.

Just confirming that these two sims were sold quite some time ago, in 2012. I have no sims for sale at this time.

I've had several IM's with people not reading the ad correctly LOL
The Sims come with almost a FULL MONTH of paid Tier.
One Sim the tier is not due until 26 JUNE 2012 and the other 28 JUNE 2012 this it not a typo.
I am paying for the Transfer/rename/move.

Sales/Transfer of $250 USD (or 80,000 L$) Firm.**
**For purchase/transfer info: Tier is paid until 6/15/2012 and is due date the 15th of each month. Sim name must be changed at transfer.
