  1. In my experience on the old Teen Grid, the most effective and most widely used tactic is the ban wall / no access list. If someone forgot to put up the ban wall, then usually somebody pulls out a railgun and spams the sim with megaprims.

On a slightly more serious note, although I was never involved with combat myself, I picked up what I call "Prim Jumping". Essentially if you run towards a prim that is about .5 m tall and jump just as you hit, it can launch you much higher into the air than a normal jump. Just plop down a plywood cube in a sandbox and practice!

  2. The simplest thing to do is to get some cheap web hosting and just have a page that you keep up to date with the UUID of the server object. The client object owned by the customer would use llHTTPRequest to get this UUID, format it to an object's email address (<uuid>@lsl.secondlife.com), and send an email with whatever information you want to the server object.

That should be fine and dandy as long as the URL to the UUID page doesn't change, and you remember to update the UUID page every time you move the server.

If you want to have it update automatically or use HTTP-In, you would need to use PHP or some other script on the webserver to store the new URL or UUID.

  3. Hello, I am selling off my full sim (Sursaut) for $400. The single tenant there is willing to stay if the sim isn't changed much, though it is up to you. She owns nearly half of the sim. Tier date is the 14th.

Please IM me inworld if you are interested or have any questions.
