Howdy, Miss Rachael Depending on the viewer you're using, right click yourself and select the "Groups" option. You will get a listing of all the groups you are part of. Select the group that is your land group and click "Activate." The tag above your head will change to reflect which group you have active. You will always need to have your land group active to be able to rez/build in your skybox.

Open your inventory and click on the "Worn" tab. Find your shoes in the list and look at the far right of their name. You'll see something like this: (Worn on spine) or (Worn on L lower leg). If they are on a torso attachment point, they won't move when you're standing still. Make sure they are on your feet and not on a torso sttachment. If they ARE on your feet, then go to Miss Sassy's post and proceed from there.

In Firestorm, there are two sections that shows those permissions. The ones that are grayed out are what HE has set for YOU. In other words, he has given YOU permission to find HIM on the map. The permissions you've given HIM are NOT grayed out and are to the left of the ones grayed out. I bet if you look, you're seeing the permissions he's given YOU. Try this: Open his profile and click "Find On Map." I bet it will work!

I didn't get any L$2,000 either, Wade, so you're not alone in being shafted.

There are teleport systems out there you have to PAY to use?? Good god. Ridiculous. I would never pay to teleport somewhere when I can do it myself for free. All I need to know is the region name and...KA-WHAM! I'm there. Or if the location is up to a certain height, Firestorm has "Teleport To" options. As far as it not working, you might try resetting the scripts inside it, or deleting the one not working and put out a new copy of it. That is if you have copy permissions. If not, that option won't work. Contact the seller and see if he/she can help you.

Luckily, I haven't had this happen yet. Something you can tell the customer is that you can refund the amount you received (which is the price they paid minus the commission), but not the full amount, since you didn't receive that much. Or you can give them the full amount and just consider the commission amount the "cost of doing business" and eat it yourself. The BEST solution of course, is for the commerce team to fix all the problems like this with their e-commerce software. I'm not holding my breath though.

I went skin shopping yesterday to see if there were any new and excellent skins from my favorite designers. When I rezzed at the first one, I immediately got an IM from a lady with the first name "Franny." She said "don't you dare push me!" to start off the conversation. I apologized and thought to myself "Well then you shouldn't stand at the rez point, Missy." A short conversation ensued while I looked around. Her next comment was; "You made your shape yourself? That's wonderful! Looks great!" Hmmm...now how did she know THAT? A few more minutes of chit-chat and then...I knew it would happen...she says; "Can I ask you a favor?" She wanted me to give her $150L cause this was a new avatar and there was this dress she just HAD to have. Then she just up and says; "THANK YOU!" like I had just given her some money. I looked up at my linden balance just to make sure she didn't have some sort of device that just took money from me. No, it was correct. I just teleported to the next place. As soon as I rezzed at the new place, I get an IM... "Don't you dare push me!" then "You made your shape yourself? That's wonderful! Looks great!" OK...just went through all that. Now I'm on to her. Different avatar, same person obviously. Begging for $150L. Muted. Teleported to the next location where I get another IM as soon as I rez... "Don't you dare push me!" OK...what in heck is she doing? Does she have alts at ALL the skin shops around the grid? Muted. So, be aware everybody that there's some person out there with alts at the skin stores that's begging everybody for $150. I just wonder if she really makes enough to keep doing it.

I clicked No yesterday on that ridiculous review. So there's two no's on that one.

The top selling and top searched reports are scattered beyond belief now for some reason. In the past, new listings were at the very bottom of the reports. Now, though, they are listed somewhere in the middle. Look at every single page and every single item and I think you'll find them, but that search is HUGE pain in the you-know-what. I don't know why those reports are so scattered now. I complained about this exact thing in another thread and still haven't discovered a way to sort those reports so they are easier to find things. I have to search through 32 pages of items on my top selling report to find the ones I just listed. It's ridiculous. But, so far as I am aware, that's what we have to do now.

The commerce team is currently looking into changing, adding, and moving sub-categories to the marketplace. You can find the full list of proposed changes HERE.

Howdy, Miss Lilly If the items stayed in the merchant outbox after you clicked "Send To Marketplace" then the transfer didn't work. That can be caused by a lagged sim. Did you get the "Success" pop-up after you clicked the Send To button? I had some trouble getting things to upload properly yesterday too. I clicked Send To, the Success pop-up came up, but the items stayed in the outbox. I moved to a different sim and tried again and it worked perfectly. I did not have multiple listings when I went to Manage Listings. Yes, you can delete items out of the Outbox, but, if they stayed there after you clicked Send To, they have not been successfully uploaded to the marketplace. To delete something, simply right click the item you want to delete and click Delete. It will go away. Try a different sim and click Send To again. The Success pop-up should come up (unless you disabled it) and then the item(s) should disappear from your outbox. Let us know if this works!

Howdy, Donni This happened to me once as well. Something you might try is this: Go to your Merchant Home and on the left, click "Magic Box Status." You will get a pop up that says "Continue To The Marketplace." Click Cancel. Down at the bottom of the page, look for "Registered Servers." Those are all your inworld magic boxes. Click "Force Update" or whatever it says (I've gone to 100% direct delivery and so mine says "No objects found.") See if that helps. Something else you can try since it can also be a communication problem between the magic boxes and the marketplace, is to restart the sim (or have your landlord restart it). Once it comes back up and the communication line is back, those unlisted items will relist themselves. Let us know if either of these helps!

Seconded! I did a search the other day for men's mesh shirts, and it was a total mess. I want the mesh filter search also! @Miss Sassy..."Please?... with chocolate hobnob biscuits..." I LOL'ed!

What time of day are you logging in, Ricky? Whenever *I* log in there's between fifty-six and a half thousand to sixty two thousand people inworld. I'm sure it's a lot less during the overnight hours USA time. However, concurrency is less than it was 4 years ago.

Howdy, Miss Pam. Darrius has created a spectacular system called iGlom that uses ANS and logs all sales and ALSO sends you inworld IM notification of all your sales from direct delivery just like the magic boxes did! I have been using it for about 3 weeks now and I absolutely LOVE it! The reports it creates are wonderful and you have many more sorting options in them than we do from the Marketplace system. Personally, I think the small cost of the system is WAY worth it just because of the inworld notifications, not to mention the fantastic reports you can have it generate! Have a look at it HERE

Howdy, Miss Pam! I have had no reports from any of my customers about receiving an empty folder OR box. I'm still in the "converting to folders instead of boxes" phase, so right now I have both being delivered. So far though...no issues that I know of. I'm sorry to hear this could be an issue though. Thanks for reporting it. Something to keep an eye on fer sure!

So I'm not falling for it. Once again though...IF I'm wrong about this, I will wholeheartedly apologize to you for doubting. However, *I* think it is YOU who will be apologizing to the folks here, "probably on Friday."
