I am certain I own nothing. so why if I buy a single 1024m2 piece and that is all it is verified, screen shot below... says land use tier stays at $22 except I am not paying any monthly land use tier... I am confused...

I just paid for a premium membership and I thought I got 1024m2 of land to use without a monthly fee (outside of the $72 yearly already paid). I found a 1024m2 piece for sale, and went to purchase it, but the popup says I will have a $22 USD monthly land use fee???? is the 1024 land with premium membership no longer included? The land is at http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Carmine/251/70/240 Do I get 1024m2 without additional monthly fees or not?

So since I have been here over 5 years I should get my sign premium mebership bonus today then? when do I get My 512 sq m of land?

The sim of Aden is for sale for $350 USD. Aden is a full class 5 sim, 15000 prims, monthly tier $295 USD paid to Linden Labs. To buy the sim, open a problem on your SL web dashboard. Say you want to purchase the sim of Aden from Harleywood Guru for $350 USD and rename it to ____. Say I will pay the $50 USD transfer fee. The problem record will give you a reference number. Send me a notecard with your avatar name and the reference number. I will open a problem saying I want to sell Aden to you for $350 USD and I will pay the $50 USD transfer fee. Linden Labs will rename the sim and put it in your name and take $350 USD from your account. They will put $3000 USD in my account and keep $50 for their labor transferring sim ownership.
