I keep set max 512 on textures option (found in settings) also maybe find or make a decent light setting that everything looks ok still with no shadows on - I used to do that when I had a much weaker machine. Also if on FS make sure the Dynamic Draw is on in the PhotoTools panel, As far as why I suppose it is just because there is more stuff that has to be rendered

though, with higher end machines and graphic cards there is Definity a diminishing rate of return for performance

8 gig of VRM is simply not enough for SL in a crowded enviroment any more. Wish most cards would have 16 or even 32gig

is your cam smoothing set to zero?

OK ty.. so when this dialog pops up, there is nothing really one can do with it unless you can edit the land enviroment or the object

No idea where I might find the Reflection Probe Ambiance to set it to zero. Maybe this prompt needs a Show Me Where dialog lol. I wasn't also aware there needed to be all new 'HDR' skies for the new PBR....

If you are recording mp4 i what are your bit rate settings? Try lowering it some if you can and check the quality of the recording. Do you even have a dedicated video card? worse comes to worse you could try x264 which will do the video encoding on the CPU. But if it is struggling to record 1080 at 30fps and you can't lower bit rate and still keep decent quality then yes 720 might be an option

well you need shadows for most pictures. other than that - photoshop (or other photo editor)

as it relates to 'daily' or monthly limits. I tried to find the ducumentation can't find it anywhere, I went to transfer a large amount to my paypal it said it exceeded the daily limit, so i transfered a bit over half the amount and the next day I went to transfer the remainder then the message said it exceeded my montly limit "for my tier level" (I am a free account) Anybody have a link to where the daily or monthly limits are talked about?

there are a few options - camtasia, nvidia has a screen recorder, but OBS is now only free but has a myriad of recording, and streaming, options amd configurations that makes it the most widely used - and there are a million tutorials on youtube as well
