How do you open a ticket? I'm have a lot of difficulty navigating the help section.

A few days ago I uploaded my items to the merchant folder and everything on the marketplace site seems to be in order, but on each item I can't seem to set the item to 'Active'. I filled in all the fields that have an asterisk and really these are all items I used to sell using my XStreet Magic Box. The items were fine before I changed, but now it seems I'm stuck.
