Tel Sorbet

Since I installed the new viewer, I have half my Inventory missing, I've tried waiting for the inventory to build up and gone into basic, but nothing, and it all seems to be the expensive stuff that I bought. I even wrote to Linden Labs, andthey said it's because I'm a Basic user, so what, as a basic user my dollars were good enough to buy the accessoties in the first place. So please is there anyone out there who can explain to me, how I can get these items back?

I have loaded and reloaded several times, but my inventory is still half empty, the folders are still there, but only a small amount have anything in there. It has cost a lot of Linden Dollars to collect what I have missing, so I would like to have it back
