on my viewer radar next to one of my friends name there is a blue dot thing its under activity right before age its only next to his name.does anyone know what it means? i am on singularity viewer..its on the viwere radar

i use a xstreet magic box..i need to move it to a new location..can i bring it into my inventory or will it mess up my market store?
