I have been in SL for 3 years and have 'play typing animation ' turned off under text chat and also under the debug settings. Somehow (even with all AOs disabled or removed) I am waving my hands around like an Italian when I text. How do I stop this? What setting where is causing this? It's getting on my nerves TY all for you answers.. I already had disabled the playtypinganimation under advanced->debug - doesn't help. I can stop my animations as many times as I want and it comes back. It always comes back :-( WHere is it set? Again.. this is NOT the SL typing animation, it is a 'Italian talking with your hands" -style animation. and it has replaced the default typing animation somehow.
