Of course it's a rant, when one is using your name, your logo, your pictures to sell empty boxs, not many would be happy about it, would you ? And i've tried DMCA including the name and every pictures. The answer was "* After a reasonable search, we did not locate the material that you claim to be infringing and that you identified as:" while it's obvious for everyone else. I also reported many times without answer from LL ( of course ). After reporting the issue on the Jira the 2 first accounts were banned. It seems it needs to get things public to get LL to move, strange isn't it ? But it continued and the guy did it again. I again filled an Abuse Report, again have no answer. In any case that shows a problem on the marketplace. One should not be able to use an already taken shop name the name way one is not able to use the same account name than someone else.

Since some weeks now an ****** is stealing my shop name. Every sundays i have to deal with it. he is using exact same shop name in the marketplace and a close user name. Simply selling empty boxs and using pictures of my products, scamming people. It's now the Fourth time that it happens, you can imagine it starts to really bother. So, thought about getting you aware about it. Check the marketplace, someone may use that bug against you too.
