Hello... I forgot to mention, I use an iMac, OS 10.8.2

Hello all..... I use Firestorm 29837 for some time now. But suddenly logging in does not work anymore. The screen stays black and shows no SL window while the program indicates to be active. I tried all standard procedures -clean reinstall, relogging- without any result. But the for this reason newly installed former Phoenix viewer works normally. Can someone help me out here ??? I could always buy my L$ trough Viewer 2.0 or Phoenix. Last time this was not possible because there was no billing info. If I fill in the same info as before they are not accepted. The UK billingline don't understand the problem and can't help. On the creditcard side everything is OK. Who can help me out ??? Petah.
