Lethal Hammerer

i tried logging into my viewer which i have been on now for 5+ years and i am getting a message that begins : login failed : dns could not resolve my name. then continues by saying if i can login into www.secondlife.com but not my viewer account to contact support. can someone help me i have many people who depend upon me and im here is secondlife to help those who are in need?
