    Morgana Nagorski posted a question in Technical

    Since downloading the latesrt V2 viewer . . .I simply cannot log in. The log in starts and then after ages gives a "despite out best efforts . . . ." message. This also happens with the Beta version and also Kirstens. I can however access Phoenix without issue. I can't submit a ticket . . because there is no category to do so.
