BRANDY Avedon

Unable to log in. I have fiestorm (newest one) OS , windows 10, i have reinstalled three times.added the patch and finally got to the login, but the bar wont move to load me in. It says "Attempting to contact.."..... then second attempt and so on. I let it go for 45 min last night and it still did not connect. i even followed the info for Norton firewall and added sl to it as suggested. any suggestions .?
