[WANTED: Woodland/Goth/Mountain parcel on private island.]

Trying to find a dark themed parcel of residential land for rent.  Something wooded would be great.

Specifics (if possible):

Around 937 prim..... trying to keep it between 750 and 937....

I would like to pay no more than 1600L/week.  

Waterfront only, NO center spots.

Terraforming, obviously.   Ban lines aren't an issue, although it would be nice.

[Quick DAZ help for static poses]

So I made a few poses using DAZ.  A few were fine when I went to upload, however a few weren't, so I re-imported them, fixed them, exported them (saved, replaced) and then went I went to upload them into SL, the looping made them jump.  When I reopen them in DAZ, the pose looks completely different/wrong placement/etc.

Any suggestions?

 

I can't use Qavimator, tried.  Downloaded, opened, it lags terribly bad for me, so I uninstalled, reinstalled and still does the same thing :\

The other day I found a posting for a full homestead for 3000L/week for only 2000 prim (however, it was taken and the owner didn't have any fulls left).  I would actually love something similar to this as I don't need all 3750 prims.

Hard drive - Seagate Momentus XT Hybrid SSD 500GB
Graphics Card - MSI GTX 560TI Twin Frozr II edition
Operating System - Windows 7 Premium 64bit

Right now, I can't enable shadows, DoF, etc.... would like to know how this would measure up. I've tried to do a search for thi graphics card but I'm not too savy on hardware.

The graphics card was listed:  ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650, so this isn't an nVidia.  Drivers are all updated and laptop is always plugged in so its not using its Intel HD (I never run the lower graphics card anyways)

I've also seached a ton but never seem to find anything worthwhile.  Figured I'd at least try this for now.

Before the latest mesh update, I was able to have shadows on and even water reflection, but now I feel like I'm on a dinosaur of a laptop.

My system:

HP Envy 14 laptop 

Intel Core i5-460M Processor (2.53GHz); 4GB DDR3 SDRAM memory (2 x 2GB) (expandable to 8GB); 640GB (7200 RPM) Serial ATA hard drive; Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

14.5 Inch diagonal High-Definition HP BrightView LED Display (1366 x 768), ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 switchable graphics with 1GB dedicated DDR3 memory up to 2714MB total graphics memory 

I know that my laptop isn't crap and its only a year old, I just don't know why when reflections are turned on, nothing happens and shadows completely freak out my screen.  My graphics completely went to crap with the newest viewer.
I've tried the Singularity viewer and I can turn on shadows, however nothing happens BUT I do have water reflections. 

Any help would be great :) 

[Why isn't my Merchant Outbox not showing up under "Me" tab?]

I've logged and relogged into different accounts and tried going to different sims but my Merchant Outbox isn't showing up at all.

I've ordered the Direct Delivery bear off Marketplace and that has yet to be delievered or show up in my inventory.

Any help?

[Stuck on Initializing VFS]

Having the same issue myself.  Was able to get on earlier but I was having modem issues, and once that was fixed with the cable company, I couldn't get on SL.

If i delete everything in the AppData folder, I can get on, but only in Basic which is frustrating as I cant even get to my inventory.  When I try to restart in Advanced, I crash before I can even start up (during VFS).

I've reinstalled, restarted, etc etc... this is annoying as hell.

Same for me, I've done everything I can.  I get in if I delete all the AppData, but I can't start in Advanced and it crashes before it can restart in Advanced. 

This is driving me insane.

I double checked on that, but its always set on the ATI Radeon, and it won't change on its own unless I do it manually.

I just reverted back to 2.6 as thats the only viewer thats not crashing me constantly (although still does every now and then)

Strange, while inworld It doesn't let me select it, but if I go into Preferences before I log in, I can check everything. 

However, the minute I go to log in, I crash.

I just downloaded the 2.7 Beta and heres my issue:

1. In Pref>Graphics, everything is checked (except DOF), however Lightening & Shadows and Ambient Occlusion is greyed out.

2. Under Develop>Rendering, I choose the Object-Object Occlusion and even tho Lighting and  Shadows, Shadows, and Shadow smoothing is checked, its all greyed out.

 

No idea why in the last viewer I was able to use shadows and in this one I am unable to.  This is my system:

Intel® Core™ i5-460M Processor 2.53GHz with Turbo Boost Technology up to 2.80GHz
4GB DDR3 RAM
640GB (7200RPM) HD
