Thank you so much Irene, your answer was very helpful for me. I haven't had this problem never before. Okay, now i know that i sometimes will be a "ghostrider".

this i read since half an hour ... and each try to log in expands the time for a few minutes. Has anyone other the same problem? I'm using the new Phoenix Viewer and my laptop is placed in germany. Thank you for your answer :-) Liepling Allen
