Found an Artist now, and the project is nearly completed at this point. Okay, so it's rather simple in and of it self, but here goes: You know, some artist draw these manikin like figures in a sketch style, I'm in the works of making both a Male and Female version AV, but I can't find any head/masks close enough, or useful, so left to ask an artist to make this for me. The Female head being a bit more round and soft in the edges and shorter, and the male being a bit longer in the face with sharper edges. The first image shows sort of how i would like the head shape to be for the female, and even how the ears are integrated. The last image shows the texture i would LOVE to have applied in a sketch style. Messy sketchy lines. If the Textures could be on like a 2nd "prim" so the eyes could be colored (White scale) as i sew fit, would be cool. A 3rd Prim/mesh that is the neck alone so it would be easily compatible with nearly any kind of body used. Making the head 3 prims (Base, Textures, Neck(MAle and female version alike)) allows for near 100% mod-ability. Maybe make a 2nd neck version, rigged, to bend with the shape/av. Make the ears separate from the head in case others wish to use Elven or Neko type ears instead of of the ears supplemented. Before uploading, just take a screenshot or two to show shape and style you have made, just so we can get the shape correct. Is this request to defficult to understand or even do? or is the title missleading? Help me out here, Help me undersand why so many pops by to read, but not even comment on it. Is the budget to small? Please tell me what keeps people from even speaking up. Please, i just wish to understand what makes people keep their silence. Is some kind of info missing? Does it appear to rude? With what i understand in making meshes, this should be a breeze to make compared to the average SL mesh head. Please, Help me understand what keeps or discurage people.

Where to request/commission a 3D artist? Been through 78 pages with 96 results per page, looking at heads, manikins, maskes and other things, and i have yet to find what i look for, so i'm left to ask somewhere, and there does not seem to be any consensus as to where to look or ask for artists for work, so now ipost here in hopes someone with knowledge/skills are willing to be my hero. I'm not asking for any of the work to be done for free (though for obvious reasons, that would be cool), So yeah, willing to pay... AS of posting this message, i'm online within second life, and plan to be online for another 4-6 hours still. So either IM me, or toss me a PM. But yeah, right now, i just wish to know where to ask out to tons of artist who might be willing to make some simple and very featureless heads (male and female)... Hope to hear something from someone soon... I'm getting frustrated that there isen't any clear place to ask for work done.
