  3. I am on the lookout for someone interested in starting an in-world (and possibly Marketplace) venture. I am the owner of an upgraded full region. Or rather an EMPTY upgraded full region. I'd like to do something with it. Residential? Commercial? Educational? Role-Play? Clubbing? All of the above? Get in contact with Kailestis Nova in-world and we can start negotiating on a possible partnership (or we could do it here in the forums, and give others ideas for their own needs).   7. $259.00 usd, actually. The Nexus is, I think, the 3rd region that I have owned since I started almost a decade ago. Heh. I'm just very rusty and want to get it done right this time. I'll probably just piggyback off or my last covenant and tweak it where it's needed. Why is this the best course of action? Like not even a small outlet type mall? I'm a marketplace seller, and I would like to get an in world location to show my wares. It's a 30k full region.
  8. I currently own a 30k region that I am looking to sell (rent out) for residential (and possibly commercial) use. I am just seeking some advice, and excuse me if my wording and links don't completely make sense, I think that this is my 3rd day of being awake. What is a good way to gauge how I price the rental boxes? I've thought up having 1st week's rent in land purchase. Should I just do full residential, or is it okay to have mixed zoning? Touching on the above, what makes a for a good covenant? How should I write it? What information should it have? Best way(s) to advertise? I've split the land into 1/16ths, is that okay? That's all I've got. If you can think of anything else I may be leaving out, please, do not hesitate to let me know.
  9. No. I purchased it a week or two ago. And Braxton mentioned that they were planning on quitting SL after the purchase. Might be why the post hasn't been changed. But you posting this reminded me that I was still subscribed. So I guess we kinda both helped each other out with you inquiring.
  10. I've messaged (and NCed you a response to my response in-world), is it still available and what is the current asking price? I only get paid by the government for my disabilities once a month, on the 3rd (unless it falls on a weekend or holiday), so I'm in a small hurry/crunch.

    SAM Cloud?

    So I have been out of the DJ game (and SL in general) for a LONG time. I tried to get back into it and ran into a snag. Apparently I need have SAM Cloud just to use SAM Broadcaster now? I re-installed SAM, and once I loaded the program it would not let me go any further because it wanted me to have a SAM Cloud subscription or something. Is this new and mandatory? Or is there a workaround?
