I was on SL several hours last night and the error popped up again and eventually other media errors but they did not pose any obvious problems.

I am running Opensuse 13.2 on a 64 bit i7 / 12gb laptop. I also had the same error. Go to Yast and install pangox to get it to work. Me? I'm not a brainy genious someone else figured it out.
