  1. Here is my edited quetion: I have not played in a while so I downloaded the new viewer. Then it has a little box that says "We can't fill in your username and password. This may happen when you change your network setup" OK says the little box. So I click the box and fill in my username and password anyway and log in. I see my house as it tries to log me in. But then it says, "Login failed. Despite our best efforts something has gone wrong. Please check with status.secondlifegrid.net to see if there is a known problem with the service. If you continue to experience problems please check your network and firewall setup." I don't have a firewall, there is nothing wrong at the status site, and I am not having any problem with any other part of the internet. Also, I am paying quarterly for this game something like $23, and there is no professional help? Only volunteers? Where is tech support?
