  1. I think this article will give you all the answers you need https://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Linden_Lab_Official:Snapshot_and_machinima_policy
  2. It could help us understand the issue if you were to show us a few before and after pics, so perhaps you can take some and post them here?
  3. Your issue is the system hair, which may also be called hair base or eyebrow shaper (they are the same thing though). Your system hair was made invisible by applying a transparent texture, but this hides other transparent objects it intersects with, like your hair. The solution is to use a different system hair/hair base/eyebrow shaper. You can create one yourself by first taking off your regular (mesh) hair, then creating a new system hair, wear it (this will replace the current hairbase/eyebrow shaper) then edit it and set all hair sliders to 0 until the system hair is no longer visible, or you can look around on the Marketplace for free ones too. I haven't looked but I am sure there are free hairbases/eyebrow shapers.
  4. What you didn't do is show us what YOUR wardrobe looks like. It could help us so we can help you. As for the CTS Wardrobe Discord, that's https://discord.gg/RrhdZNEyEC (will not expire!)
  5. Using Lelutka Kaya myself (had to blur some wobbly bits to make this acceptable for the forum :-))
  6. The purpose of life is simply to pass on our DNA to the next generation, then die to make room for subsequent generations.
  7. On this day in 2007, Windlight was announced and was eventually rolled out to the Secondlife mainline viewer on April 2nd 2008. (The announcement marks the first public acknowledgment of its existence, therefore I use that as its birthday)
  8. That website is NOT SecondLife related. market.secondlife.com is not a valid marketplace link, it should be marketplace.secondlife.com The URL starts with http:// but should have been https:// Make sure you use the correct links every time! Best way to do this is to go to https://marketplace.secondlife.com/ then click the "My Marketplace" or "Meu Marketplace" link at the top, and choose "Merchant Home" or "Lojista - Página Inicial" and continue from there.
  9. Have a look for Kei's Hot Air Balloons which are 22LI and come with single and couples poses, and they have a PG and an adult version. That sounds just the thing you are looking for, This LM points directly to the balloons (also available in a 2LI rezzer). ^^^ Click to enlarge
  10. Looks like someone has been listening to inspired by the Friti :-)
  11. This happens every now and then. File a ticket and a Mole or Linden will come along and fix it for you.
  12. When I saw the dress, I thought of these heels. The pics are supposed to link to each respective MP listing
  13. I had that same Sirena hair, only in red. I recently purged it from my inventory because I know I would never wear it again. Let's hope I won't regret it :-)
  14. Me 2008 (enlarged because I took crap pics back then) Me now I am routinely topless and really don't have any pics where I am not topless, and since that stuff is not allowed here, my face should do
  15. I checked against the current diver versions on the AMD site and your number appears to be quite a bit off. I also find it suspicious that you can't get Depth of Field going, which makes me feel that you are using the drivers that came with Windows, which are designed to just work, but won;t give you anything in the way of performance or gaming features. Do download and install the drivers for your operating system from this page and see if that helps. If you don't trust the link I pasted here then go to the AMD website which is https://www.amd.com, click "Drivers and Support" at the top of the page, choose your graphics card and download the official, latest drivers for your graphics card.
  16. When the new Linden Homes were introduced, Patch mentioned that the old ones would be phased out. I seem to remember (but I am not 100% certain of my memory) that he said that for a while, people would not be forced to move out of their 2010 Linden Homes but that the Lab would count on people moving out in a natural manner. Having said that, I could picture a moment where the lab will go "right, we've waited long enough, let's offer the stragglers a new home so we can shut down these regions and conserve resources." but I would not want to guess when that will be.
  17. I have a different vision: If the Lab still intends on phasing out the 2010 Linden Homes, then it may be worth it to keep a handful of them (including their community centers if feasible) as some sort of open air museum and place each of the four themes in close vicinity of each other. "Look honey, this is how pre-mesh avatars used to live!" That last remark may be tongue-in-cheek, but I do think it would be important to preserve at least a few samples of that part of SL history, just like various other parts of SL history has been preserved.
  18. Change your EEP setting to "Ambient Dark", midnight is not as dark as you want it.
  19. You can actually use any dance HUD which allows you to add your own dances. Both poses and animations are just... animations. Only thing to look out for is that the dance HUD has a way of NOT automatically progressing to the next dance. I have used this method with a free dance HUD which I picked up a long time ago at a store now long gone and I am still using it every now and then.
  20. Some of these names can be a bit puzzling. Perhaps they make more sense when the name of one or more adjacent regions are taken into account? You know, like Emerson Lake is just a name, until you see it is located next to Palmer (Emerson, Lake, and Palmer), or the Little Richard regions... Context can change the meaning of the words used.
  21. Or you could store every number in a list and use llListSort() ( https://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/LlListSort ) so you can use the other numbers for additional processing (top-3 number, bottom 3, lowest, etc.)
  22. Just like Palmer is adjacent to Emmerson Lake, Drama Llama needs to be adjacent to a region named Ding Dong, That way we can have Drama Llama Ding Dong!
  23. I usually have no problem with letting people know where I live. But when I feel less than comfortable, I simply won't tell them or if they ask outright I either pretend I never saw the question, or beat around the bush. If I really have no choice but answer when I don't feel comfortable I will tell them that I don;t want to give my location, not even state. The best they will get is my timezone, which matches SLT (and that is close enough)
  24. I am a scripter and yes, what you want is very much possible. It is done by creating an invisible, phantom prim that covers the stage. Just high enough so that avatars that walk on stage will always touch it. Then inside there will be a script which detects when an avatar walks through the prim (it is phantom, after all), the UUID of the avatar will be used to check what kind of attachments they have and then the UUID of the active group of the first attachment will be compared to the UUID of the group allowed on stage. When an avatar changes their active group, all their attachments will also get that same active group. If the active group does not match the permitted group, the user can get sent home with relative ease. Bounced off the stage and back into the venue will be less easy to do though
  25. Both a full sim and a homestead measure 256x256m This is not a matter of opinion, these are facts.
