I had plenty of money in my account, and yet for a small purchase, my credit card was accessed. I made the purchase but the credit card in question isn't even slated to be charged for purchases other than land and other fees, while I use another card to make linden purchases. Who can I talk to to resolve this? I don't see any phone numbers regarding marketplace issues, but this may actually affect what I buy no matter if I buy on the marketplace or not.

I recently bought two meeroo scrying pools (for nest storage and sorting), from PettablePrims, and I LOVE THEM! Yet in spite of buying TWO OF THEM (I got one as a birthday gift for a friend)...neither purchase appears on my marketplace account, although they do appear in my personal transactions listings. I really wanted to post that review, because I was so pleased with the product. Yet I was told on the review page "You must purchase the item before writing a review." I DID...TWICE! So how do we fix this? Usually a review link is provided under the account purchase..but since neither of my items were listed as BEING PURCHASED, (although I recieved mine and my friend did recieve the other)...I can't review! Perhaps the biggest question is: Why were these two purchases not shown in my account? They're in my transactions..so I have proof that they were purchased..and the creator of the products did recieve my payments.
