I have a premium acct paid annually, why am I asking resident whom I don't pay, for assistance? I don't get it. I don't need nor want advice on how to fix SL when I am paying for services, tech etc. I am having trouble loggin into SL. I need it fix, I don't care to know anything else. Just want it fixed!! I've reinstalled, I've rebooted my system and I am entering the correct user name and password, etc. Now I need LL to do something to help!
