    Seeking CSR/Security Guard for Community Sim - 2k per week plus Free Apartment

    We are hiring a CSR/Security Guard for our residential sim. 

    Must be a responsible, organized person that is willing to go above and beyond. If you procrastinate, do not know SL well, have a closed schedule, or no ability to motivate yourself then you will not be fit for this position. 

    Duties include but not limited to:

    • Building strong working relationships with our residents by providing outstanding customer service
    • Touring and presenting the community in a compelling way and assisting prospective residents with finding the right home
    • Assisting tenants and potential tenants with all questions, complaints, transfers, and other requests
    • Mediating, blocking, banning any avatar causing trouble on the sim
    • Support with ad hoc tasks for the management team

    Requirements:

    -  Enjoy in meeting people and help customers in solving their problems
    -  Preferred - At least spend on an average 3-6 hours in SL daily --at least 5-6 days week 
    -  Dependable and trustworthy 
    -  Some basic sim management experience
    -  Very imaginative, outgoing, intelligent, and experienced within SL

    Seeking Event Manager for Community Sim - 5k per week

    We are residential community sim currently seeking an event manager. 

    Must be a responsible, organized person that is willing to go above and beyond. If you procrastinate, do not know SL well, have a closed schedule, or no ability to motivate yourself then you will not be fit for this position. 

    Duties include but not limited to:

    • Promoting the sim 
    • Assisting tenants with their questions and issues if you are currently on the sim
    • Creating a monthly event calendar
    • Create and managing roleplay events specifically for tenant inclusion and roleplay (i.e Wine tastings, comedy shows, escape rooms, murder mystery dinners, jogging for a cause, arcade night, etc.)
    • Creating and managing public events to bring more traffic to the sim
    • Creating Canva graphics for event promotion
    • Managing staff including waiters, DJs, photographers, etc for all events
    • Creating all events on our FB page

    We need someone that knows how to through a good party. Someone that is full of awesome ideas and always ready to provide input. Must work well with others.

    Seeking Operations Manager for Community Sim - 12k Per Week

     

    We are currently seeking an operations manager to assist with managing our sim.  You will be working alongside the owners and an event coordinator. We are in the process of hiring CSRs. 

    Must be a responsible, organized person that is willing to go above and beyond. If you procrastinate, do not know SL well, have a closed schedule, or no ability to motivate yourself then you will not be fit for this position. 

    Duties include but not limited to:

    For the sim-

    - Promoting the sim and ensuring that the homes stay rented (this will require sales experience)
    - Assisting tenants with their questions and issues
    - Coordinating with the Event Manager to ensure they are creating events, roleplay ideas, etc and ensuring the sim stays active
    - Assisting with setting up, managing, and attending events
    - Conflict resolution and customer service for tenants
    - Managing CSR schedules, issues, and payments
    - Cleaning up the sim at least once a week (returning non-resident and non-community items)
    - Dealing with move-ins, move-outs, evictions, etc.
     

    Requirements:

    -  Enjoy in meeting people and help customers in solving their problems
    -  At least spend on an average 3-6 hours in SL daily --at least 5-6 days week 
    -  Dependable and trustworthy 
    - Some basic sim management experience
    - Very imaginative, outgoing, intelligent, and experienced within SL

    Just wanted to say that the Machinima Open Studio Project on LEA6 opens officially this weekend but has never be a closed build. There are lots of locations to shoot legally (all LEA lands can be filmed on without asking the owner) and meant for that purpose. Only two full sim areas at the moment but something might work for you should you need a location. Good luck with your shoot.
