Noticed a couple Bay City parcels won at auction for around L$50m2....I knowwwwwww thats expensive but relative to what ppl have been asking on parcel sales, those are deals, even though they were on a G rated region. Only 4-5 bidders also so less competition out there atm.
There is one in M rated Nautilus coming up Dec. 26. Worth a bid if you have the tier to try a steal on it. ... folks afk during holidays, land sales hurting etc

But prices in SL don't always make sense or follow even the logic of virtuality.
You think? 😉

But I'd still have to find someone to buy my parcel at a "premium", unless I go ahead and take a loss.
Your parcel would sell in a flash for the price you paid. Just saying

Still looking for a mainland snow plot to rent. Not really into those isolated sims. Want to put down my own house and decorate and landscape.
not quite the size you want, its 32x32 meters, 700 prims L$350/week http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Seefeld/88/120/142

The SLRR parcel is acutally 1000 prims L$500/week. And there is a 32x32m 700prim L$350/week next to it.
Here's a new one; Hilly riverfront, 36x56m 1000 prims L$500/week http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Macclaine/187/156/22

More recently, two of the less reputable bottom feeding land flippers, resumed active hostilities in their ancient blood feud with a pricing war.
These two factors combined, the realisation that there is no land shortage, and the begger-thy-enemy price war have driven prices down again to pre covid prices.
Creative destruction..capitalism at work

Decent land with all the known attributes are priced too high for the average player and maybe the larger deep pocketed players are tapped out. No one seems to be lowering the prices either. When something decent pops up at a relatively decent price it's bought.

I thought the Lindens were trying to reduce the amount of parcels under 512m2. Why wouldnt they combine these two parcels up for auction instead of putting this 160m2 piece that's roadside up for grabs? http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Claris/14/134/68 Hurry 🐐 Joe 😘
