Noticed a couple Bay City parcels won at auction for around L$50m2....I knowwwwwww thats expensive but relative to what ppl have been asking on parcel sales, those are deals, even though they were on a G rated region. Only 4-5 bidders also so less competition out there atm. There is one in M rated Nautilus coming up Dec. 26.
