  1. Thank you for your suggestion, Tessa. I was hoping to capture the vector of the collision but I now see that returning a reliable vector might be complicated by object types and scale. Your suggestion gets me close to the illusion I wish to create, I think... Thank you, Fenix, for your insights into llCastRay and for pointing me back to your work in 2014. There are a number of good notions in that discussion that extend my vision of the effects from impact...
  2. Is it possible to return the vector location of the point of impact of two objects in a collision event? I wish to create a particle effect from that point of impact. The collision impacts will be occurring randomly on a flat surface. Basically, if I know where an object collides, I know where to place an emitter.
  3. I have been setting Windlight on my mainland parcel by entering text similar to this in the Parcel Description... /*Windlight Sky @ 0m to 4084m: "Midnight" Sky @ 4084m to 4085m: "[TOR] NIGHT - Under a yellow moon" Sky @ 4085m to 4100m: "Coastal Sunset"*/ It seems broken now with EEP and upgrading my FS viewer to the EEP compatible version... Can anyone point me to information about how this is done now...?
