I suppose if you are technically deficient you might need to "baby-sit" a browser... F5... F5... F5... etc5... But... if you use an auto refresh tool and just set your computer alarm loud you can go do all your busy things... even if you work full time presumably you come home at some point... My house I got while SLEEPING yes I said that... SLEEPING... presumably everyone sleeps... Set the auto refresh... set the alarm loud... and yes got my butt out of bed as quick as possible. And I am a very busy person otherwise... so I find the whole argument about being too busy a bit uncompelling. I will add that I landed 5 houses that way... I kept 2 the other 3 I threw back into the pool. And landing those homes I landed by taking the advice of helpful people on the forums. Everyone gets a fair chance in the sense that all those tools and strategies are at all our fingers if we are willing to use them... if you aren't willing then yes you are at a disadvantage but by your own choice.

I have indeed on mainland returned many objects before that were encroaching. I had a neighbor once that liked to put large blocky sculpted prims that would be rooted on his own land but come over my border by several meters sometimes impaling my house. Out of frustration one day I looked in my About Land Objects and no object from his was on my land... but... i tried returning it anyways and to my delight it got returned... And every time after that i was able to return an encroaching object. This can be done in Mainland. I have done it on 2 separate continents including my current one. But I think they have that turned off for the Linden Home land otherwise she should have been able to return it.

Even if it was not restricted, that is not against the covenant and NOTHING that anyone does warrants what he did to you... nothing

Here is the upside to all this, you may have one really toxic douche bag as a neighbor... but in this thread alone you could easily make a ton of really cool Bellisseria friends 😃

AND this was not something her neighbor had on his boat... it was an "off-sim" style thing... the root prim was on his boat and the offensive object was on her boat... It was HIS object but he made it to appear as though it was on her boat... So apparently LL has it set so that you cannot send back encroaching objects so she could not send it back... I REALLY think Linden Labs @Patch Linden needs to allow residents to send back encroaching objects. its really sick what this sicko did to her.

The Box is a position marker... if you locate that box in a visible position in the house that you could move it to again... when you move that group set around after rerezing it in edit mode... you just rotate and move that cluster of objects paying attention to the location of that box... provided its the same type of house all your stuff should be located in the same spot. And yes you could do this in several groupings or one big group whatever is easier... To me this is far easier then dropping scripts in objects and packing into a rezzer box. And if you miss something its not a huge deal I probably missed a couple of objects on my last move... i just found those objects individually and rezzed them back out.

Or you can just rez out a box at the corner of your house... grab everything in a big group set... just make sure that box is the very last object that you gather into your groupset... now when you rez it that single box will help you turn and lay down all your stuf Oh one more thing... before you rez that group back out make sure you go into EDIT on some object first... you MUST be in edit BEFORE you rez that big grouped together bunch of junk

I'm just gonna put my unpopular opinion here... My overall feeling of the whole houseboat turning situation is... IF doing something like this would be a colossal undertaking I would much much much rather the Moles utilize their time at getting out MORE houses rather then going back and fine tuning existing ones. Remember that right now we still only have a fraction of the great many houses that need to be created. Lets just let the Moles create, and then afterwards maybe they could entertain some fine tuning... OR by then it might be so easy to swap out houses you can get that long-lot houseboat you want and trade in your square-lot one.

Just a point of trivia... if the Cat goes back to my home and looks inside at this particular item... the Blue wire-frame wolf inside the black box is Wulf Linden's "Linden Bear"
