It makes no sense, so once I'm verified, then I have to wait ANOTHER 5 business days??

So lately, I've had no problems cashing out. The last time I did was November 6th and it was a pretty small amount of $30+, now I cashed out last Friday on the 4th and had been waiting ever since and never received anything. So I checked the status and it was marked "Fill" and "In Process", ok, I figured they're just delayed for a bit. So I sent a ticket in last night and they replied this morning saying: Based on your Second Life activity, Linden Lab is required by applicable law to maintain your identification information. This includes your name, date of birth and residential address. Currently, all of your pending process-credit requests will remain on hold. I've had no problems in the past few years dealing with Linden Labs, and now all of a suden this happens?? The date even says the case was created on the 7th of December, yet I haven't received ANYTHING from them regarding this issue. Not one email or notification, and why is the case date posted December 7th, when I made the ticket last night??? I'm not understanding what they're supposed to be sending me, is anyone else having a problem? I'm not being ignorant or rude but this cash out system they have is extremely flawed and unfair for people who live off Second Life.

Why is filing a DMCA the only way to get it taken down from the marketplace? Is LL going to do anything about these "resellers" on the MP that are buying templates or copybotting and then reselling them?

I've been getting swamped with pms about items not being delivered that are DD, and all of my items are DD...seriously what's the problem?!
