Hi....the viewer that is used in the theft of content creation is Cryolife. You can find all sorts of info if you Google Cryolife. Actually Emerald has a setting that lets you DETECT those running Cryolife. It is activated in Edit/Preferences/Emerald/Page 1/Shields. Enable active Cryolife detection code. There is also a clothing layer protection mode that lets you mask individual clothing layers to prevent theft. I am sorry your friend had such a bad experience. The content creator should have been asking clients to USE the Emerald viewer to help protect her content.
