    I updated my graphics card on the HP website and now it works. Takes about 15 minutes for it to update but SL is working good on medium graphics setting. I have the 6490M HP i5 with windows 7 also.

    I have the same problem, what is an earlier version of a third party viewer?

    Its an HP Pavilion Corei5 with an AMD Radeon 6490 graphics card, what could be the problem, I know it can run on it but dont know why it wont let me? Thank You
