But don't you already declare your RL location when you give your billing information? Specially with a credit card like I used, since the payment Information has to match the card information.

I live in a really rural area. I'm lucky I have the high-speed service I got that isn't satellite or WiFi. So switching isn't an option.

Be nice, if it actually worked though. I'm in a legal state, but my ISP most of the time routes me through one that isn't legal, sometimes it doesn't. So I can't get onto skilled gaming Sims most of the time. I don't play them that often, but I would like to be able to when I do want to.

I can't access a skill gaming sim. I meet all the requirements, I even tried re-entering my billing address and physical address as well as relogging but I still can't get into the sim. The state I live in is not on the prohibited list.

This just looks like a bunch of bull for LL to earn added extra income off skill games. Wonder if there is a petition floating around yet.
