If you've wanted to run an RP Resort, but couldn't due to the costs, then this is your opportunity! The resort currently has a movie room, area for a bar and dinning room, rental locations for families or couples to enjoy a getaway, zipline activities, event stage and more!
As a resort manager, you would be responsible for the day to day operations of our Resort on Dragon Vale! This includes the following:
- Assisting our Estate Managers and decoration team in creating a fun, RP style location for clients to visit.
- Hiring of a team of RP staff to hold dinners, run bar etc.
- Assist in the sales of the resorts daily rentals (commission will be at 30% to you).
- Plan and hold events at the Resort.
- Help our clients and prospective clients with issues they may have on the resort.
- Because this has become a question recently, we are looking for someone during normal business hours SLT. Evenings are beneficial for event purposes.
- Pay is at $1500/week plus your commission and any/all tips you may make during the run as our resort manager along with property for yourself on Dragon Vale.

What we are looking for is someone that is dedicated to hiring of staff, helping our event coordinator to get events hosted, making sure our guests have a great time, and also just be apart of our insanity. Other basic requirements do include using discord, assisting with marketing on social media platforms and understanding there will be goals to hit weekly. Pay is 500L/wk plus 30% commission off rental sales. All tips are 100% yours. Knowing the basics of RP systems (Life hud, Mystory, be you etc) is a huge plus.

Howdy hi hi all!
Aethro is looking for a Lodge Manager for one of our corner properties at Dragon Vale! Aethro Estates houses some of the most beautiful locations including the Pour Up Winery & Vineyard! As the Manager, you will be responsible for the running and sales of the rental properties at the Lodge, including the Role Play side of things. Commission is also part of the deal. What exactly are we looking for:
- Must be business driven, people oriented. Meaning, you should have a keen mind as to what we should be selling, but always keep your customers happy within reason.
- Someone that knows how to handle Role Playing situations, including using Life hud, food items, etc.
- Knowing how to market in world, facebook etc would be a huge plus.
- Understanding that primary pay comes from tips and commission. Commission will be 35% of sales, tips are 100% yours. Salary will be 500/wk
- Work with our Events Coordinator to help plan events that would be great for Role Players on a regular basis.

Property is still available. It can be split up and does not have to be sold together.
After discussing it with my husband, we are only looking for the transfer fees for the properties. If it is sold split it will be 26,000 each. Sold together, I will cover half, so you only have to cover 26,000 of the fees.

We are currently looking for a marketing manager!
Aethro is looking to expand it's management team by adding on a marketing manager to help coordinate and expand our in world and social media presence.
Responsibilities include:
Helping the Event Coordinator with:
- Advertising of events
- Best times to create events.
- What type of events to create that will drive traffic.
Assist with the Estate Managers to feel out the best way to promote Aethro and it's real estate businesses.
Weekly pay can range from 2,000L to 5,000L dependent on experience. Requirements are that you be at minimum 60 days since rez day, have an understanding of Facebook pages, groups, and photos. Understanding of Twitter, Flickr, and Invision Software a plus.

Aethro is looking for new talent to join our ranks as event hosts and DJ's!
For Event Hosts we are looking for outgoing people, that can keep the party going into the wee hours of the day! Applicants should be over 30 days old, a following would be helpful, and an ability to do at least 1 event every two weeks however more is awesome!
All hosts start off with 100% tips salary however that can change as time goes on based on activity, and performance.
For DJ's we ask that you have SOME idea on how to actually do the job, whatever software you use is your choice, and have a good mix of a song selection as to not have constant repeats. All pays start off with 100% tips which can change as time goes on based on activity and performance. We ask that you are able to do 1 event every two weeks at minimum. Must have been in SL for at least 30 days.

further, using current buying rates 75000 lindens is 321 USDusing current buying rates for lindens 100 USD which is the transfer rate fee, would be another 24100 lindens on top of your 75000
that would equal to 99,100 or at a cost of 421.20
Which would obviously be more than buying outright.

Curious question -- Does this region have anything on it? Like rentals or world renown traffic hub that would be worth it to spend more than if I purchased a region from linden labs?

- Coordinate events on Dragon Vale and Veilwood at least twice a month
- Advertise via social media, SL forums, SL world, etc
- Keeping our website calendar up to date
- You will be responsible for every part of event preparation and execution.
- Organization skills are a must
- Must be at least 30 days old
- Weekly payment of 3000L/week
- Free 1024sqm parcel for personal use.
