There are lots avatars who have nice last name but their first name is a total mess, for example with letters and a string of numbers in it. They might not be happy with their first name and perhaps want to change it.

Hmm... you need to change your username when that is possible later this year. You know, "Perse" in my native language means "Arse". Yes really, not joking. (Just to let you know...)

When you make new username then you are replacing your present "kershe" username with new username. Therefore, as far as we are concerned, the earlier username does not exist for us anymore and thus is not shown to us anywhere. (At least this how I expect it to work.)

Testing Depth of Field (DoF) in Firestorm viewer. With the settings displayed in the Phototools I just ALT cammed to the face. The face will be sharp and the background will be blurred. Then I save the snapshot to disk at 4098 x 2427 resolution (that is about 3.4 times bigger than my SL screen area is). As a final touch I sometimes I might adjust the colours in photo editing software.

Most of the time I use region Windlight, especially when exploring places. Sunsets and sunrises are pretty cool to watch. (By the way, in midday light, the sun shining overhead the face might look a bit weird.) Sometimes I might change the Windlight, for example when shopping if the light there is bad. For snapshots I often use region Windlight if it's right for my purpose. If not I change it for something more suitable. I might even use local lights for some special effects in the snapshot.

Ok, I got away from the bushes. Found this nice place to relax in the warm afternoon sunshine.

When I was newbie I bought skin which cost 1000 L$. It wasn't so nice as I expected and wore it only once. I wanted kick myself in the butt! One other time I accidentally bought hair with 450 L$ due to terrible lag. I was trying to get the demo, but I had clicked the wrong place.

I once did exactly that to one woman who was wearing those horrible "anti-inspect-shields". She got extremely angry at me telling that me I'm a very bad person using some copybot viewer. Even when I explained to her how things are she still hold the belief that the shield actually works, unless you are not using copybot viewer. And more, she said: "My friends told me that the shield does work. I do trust what my friends tell me, I don't believe at all what you say! You're griefer, that's all!" Hmm...

Watching at two avatars who have been mislead by false advertising to buy totally useless product.

I hate if mesh baking textures don't have normal maps and specular maps. Arrgghhh... I love the subtle normals and subtle shinines on my skin, and also on applier clothing. It's pretty cool to have those, makes things more realistic. If those will not be in mesh baking then it's a step backwards what comes to rendering.

1. Bad texturing combined with bad modelling, so that the hair does not have any resemblance to real hair. (Even some popular hair creators do that.) 2. High complexity. 3. No mod, unless the hair has a HUD with lots of options in it.

There are many Social Islands and there many Learning Islands. Quick look into the map shows 9 Social Islands and 10 Learning Islands. Anybody can go to the Social Islands. The Learning Islands are reserved only for new accounts, so the oldbies cannot go there. In Social Island 2 I noticed one guy wearing some very noisy attachment spamming the area. The few other what I checked seemed to be quite peaceful places.

There are those things, I even have one HUD which tells all the items what an avatar is wearing. But all those items are attachments. It does not tell anything about system clothes. So I still wonder can any script detect avatar's system clothes because those system clothes are just baked textures on the avatar mesh.

So that's the reason that I see "born today" avatars in random places, clubs, live concerts, shopping, etc. Then they are totally clueless "what is this place, where I am now. Help!" I wonder why the portals transport new avatars even to places where they are not allowed to stay? That's weird. It appears that the portal transport places are randomly selected without checking what those places actually are.

I went to check this claim in Free Dove. I had my mesh body and head on, mini mesh dress and full system body alpha, no system clothes on. I was not ejected. I took off the full system body alpha. Even then I was not ejected. So it's obvious that there no such script in the Free Dove store. And I wonder does such script even exists, or is it one of the SL myths floating about?

Sure, SL is very addictive. 4. Do you think SL affected or changed your RL self? In a good or in a bad way? • I think that SL has changed my RL self in some ways positively. I'm more relaxed among people. 6. What is the most important thing there is about SL for you? • It's relaxing other world with lots of interesting things to see and do. 7. Do you think a lot about things that happened in SL when you are offline? • Occasionally I think about some nice things what has happened in SL. Not a lot anyway.

In live concert today two Lindens spotted among the audience. This was not the first time that I saw Lindens in a concert. Nice to see that they do visit inworld not only for work, but for leisure too, just like us the residents.
