Not redefining it but pointing out that there is a potential for a dark side to it also. Depends entirely on the motivation. To someone who is a creator, resilience is a good thing to deal with the vagaries of a changing platform if they wish to continue creating for it but to someone like my self who is not much more then consuming avatar it leads to questioning myself why I continue beating on this platform to understand and live within it when there are easier ones out there. Most gaming platforms try to make it easier, not steepen the learning curve to such a point that even a 15 year veteran is throwing their hands up in confusion. There are plenty of other virtual worlds out there where the degree of resilience is not needed to be able to interact within it. Is it possible that those of us here who continue to rely on the resilience to continue on with SL have not crossed the line from a healthy resilience to becoming obsessive about it?

They at least reiterated the general policy and even used the "a-p" word. It was nice to hear - for me at last - that they explicitly said there more information on the policy coming. (Instead of saying "nothing at all".) I didn't see Patch in the video.

Aha, I understand the problem. Maybe someone else here knows more, or on another thread on the forums here. But anyways, you and Caitlin are a 'beautiful collision' LOL.

The problem is having to click on it. Caitlin wanted me to set our first anniversary video on an autoloop, but I couldn't find a way to do that. There is no way of clicking on repeat either in youtube or google drive inside of SL Youtube video repeaters didn't work. Video directly stored inside an object loses resolution with each frame, so that would make a 1 min an 30s video so blurry, that the image wouldn't even be recognizable as video. I HAVE placed 4 prims side by side, and linked them with each frame broken up into 4 parts, but that still wouldn't work for longer vids, and there is always a seam. It would take a very long time, and a lot of prims for anything over 20 seconds.
