what is Direct Delivery and why do my magic boxes not work?

Direct Delivery is where the marketplace will no longer need to use your Magic boxes to deliver your items. You can now set up delivery from your inventory folder.

However. your magic boxes should still work till june 1rst. It seems they changed the schedule

Update (March 31, 2012): We will not require any Merchants to migrate listings away from Magic Boxes to Direct Delivery before June 1, 2012. An updated schedule will be posted closer to that date.

I don't think it's a change in the schedule.  Direct Delivery has caused a number of problems in the Marketplace.  Mainly people's items getting shifted around so Person B is selling Person A's stuff.  I haven't heard of Magic Boxes being affected, but it's certainly possible.

Try re-setting the Magic Boxes.  If that doesn't fix it, file a support ticket.
