can you still not purchase lindens with credit card

i used to play sl on a laptop that was nowhere suited for this game but i have built a gaming computer and i was considering purchasing lindens although back then the system would not allow you to purchase lindens with a credit card so i was wondering if this was fixed or not thanks.
