If you are listed as an owner of the group then it will show that.

What happens when you deed land to a group. you offer up this land for everyone in the group. So everyone will show land holdings. I think if the owner disables the "Pay group liabilities and receive group dividends" , from your name, then those land holdings will go away. But not entirely sure.

He/She has to make sure to turn off the "Pay group liabilities and receive group dividends" ROLLS for other members if he/she plans on selling the land. because it will split the money between everyone in the Accounting roll and that is on by default

If your "My Land" box shows some donated land, then you've donated it, whether you realise it or not. If you have a premium account, it could be the tier-free 512m. So how many square metres does it say you've donated?

To remove it, go into the group's info box, select the "Land & L$" tab, and type 0 (zero) into the "Your contribution" text box. If removing it means that the group land is short of tier for the land it owns, you and/or your partner will need to add some tier. You have plenty of time to do that though, so leaving the group short of tier for a while isn't critical.

Can you tell us more precisely how long a group can be short tier without anything bad happening?
